50 and Fabulous: Welcoming My Second Season of Life

50 and Fabulous: Welcoming My Second Season of Life
Today, I turn 50.

And instead of shrinking from the number, I am fully — joyfully — stepping into it.

This is the beginning of my second season, a season where I am old enough to know better, still young enough to say yes to magic, and finally wise enough to live life on my own terms. Turning 50 feels like the unlocking of a new chapter, one I’ve spent years preparing for through healing, growth, and deep spiritual awakening.
Most of all, this milestone feels like a celebration of coming home to myself.

A Season of Full Spiritual Expression

For years, I tiptoed around my spiritual gifts. I diluted them, softened them, made them more digestible for others.
But this new season?
She’s not apologizing for her magic.
I embrace my spirituality completely — my intuition, my manifestation practice, my deep connection to energy, the moon, and the truth of who I am.
I am honoring my gifts not only for myself, but for the people I am here to serve. My work in manifestation, mindset, and intuitive development — especially for those with aphantasia — is not just my calling. It is my contribution to the world.

A Season of Boundaries and Self-Respect

One of the great blessings of fifty is clarity.
I now understand that boundaries are not walls — they are bridges back to myself.
They allow me to show up with integrity, to protect my energy, and to welcome relationships that are reciprocal, loving, and aligned.
This season will be grounded in saying:
  • No when my soul says no
  • Yes only when it’s a full-body yes
  • And never again to shrinking, overgiving, or abandoning myself

A Season of Loving Life Completely

Life in my 50s isn’t about rushing, proving, or perfecting.
It’s about savoring.
The long walks that clear my mind.
The deep conversations that nourish my heart.
The spiritual practices that remind me of who I truly am.
The joy of building a business that aligns with my purpose.
The freedom of being fully, unapologetically myself.
I love life more now than ever — not because it’s perfect, but because I am present.

50 Years, 5 Big Lessons

Here are some of the core lessons I’m carrying into this new era, many of which I’ve had the privilege of shaping through my personal journey and my work:

1. Your intuition is always speaking — even if you don’t “see” it.

Aphantasia taught me that intuition isn’t about visuals. It’s about knowing, sensing, and trusting. Your inner guidance is real, even if it comes in whispers rather than pictures.

2. Manifestation is not about forcing. It’s about aligning.

The CBAR cycle I teach — Conceive, Believe, Achieve, Receive — changed not only my clients’ lives, but my own. When you align your energy with your intention, the universe meets you halfway.

3. Boundaries are a spiritual practice.

They aren’t acts of rejection — they are acts of reverence. You cannot stay in your power if you consistently abandon it for others.

4. Healing doesn’t make you perfect — it makes you whole.

Chakra work, shadow work, and emotional honesty have shown me that healing isn’t about “fixing” myself. It’s about returning to myself.

5. You are never too old to rewrite your story.

At 50, I am reinventing, expanding, and becoming more “me” than I have ever been. Age is not a limitation — it is initiation.

Here’s to the Next 50

So here I am:
50 and fabulous.
50 and fearless.
50 and spiritually grounded, energetically aligned, and wildly excited for what’s next.
If my first season was about learning who I am, this one is about living who I am.
Here’s to the beginning of the most expansive, magical, sovereign chapter of my life — and to the knowing that the best truly is yet to come.
✨ Happy 50th Birthday to me.
And cheers to all the versions of me that carried me here.

The Evolution of Buzz Lightyear: A Journey of Identity, Growth, and Intuition

The Evolution of Buzz Lightyear: A Journey of Identity, Growth, and Intuition
We’ve all had those moments when we question who we are and what our purpose is. Sometimes, life humbles us in ways that force us to shed old identities and step into something new. One of the most surprising teachers of this truth is none other than Buzz Lightyear. Across the Toy Story films, Buzz’s journey from delusional Space Ranger to intuitive leader beautifully mirrors the evolution we all experience — from believing we have to be something to realizing we already are someone.

When we first meet Buzz Lightyear in Toy Story, he’s convinced of one thing: he’s a Space Ranger on an intergalactic mission to protect the galaxy from the Evil Emperor Zurg. His confidence is unshakable—until reality hits. Buzz discovers that he’s not, in fact, a Space Ranger… but a toy. This revelation shatters his sense of identity. For a while, he spirals into self-pity and confusion. But like so many of us, Buzz eventually finds a way forward. He learns that his value doesn’t come from what he thought he was, but from who he is—a loyal friend with a brave heart.

By the time we get to Toy Story 2, Buzz has grown comfortable in his new skin. He’s found belonging among his friends and a purpose in their shared adventures. But as life often does, his past resurfaces—literally, in the form of a delusional new Buzz who still believes he’s a Space Ranger. This confrontation symbolizes how old versions of ourselves can threaten the peace we’ve worked so hard to build. Yet, Buzz doesn’t crumble this time. Instead, he uses his newfound wisdom, humility, and connection with his friends to overcome his past once and for all.

Then comes Toy Story 3, and Buzz has stepped fully into his leadership. With Woody gone, he becomes the steady hand and guiding voice for the group. His evolution from individual hero to collective leader shows just how much he’s matured. He no longer needs to prove himself—he simply is himself. And in that authenticity, he inspires others to trust him.

Finally, in Toy Story 4, we see a quieter kind of strength in Buzz. He’s confident and capable, but this time his greatest challenge isn’t external—it’s internal. Throughout the film, Buzz learns to listen to his inner voice—literally and metaphorically. His catchphrase, “To infinity and beyond,” takes on new meaning as he learns that true growth doesn’t always mean leaping outward into the universe… sometimes it means journeying inward. By trusting his intuition, he once again saves his friends—not through force, but through faith in himself.

Buzz’s evolution mirrors our own human journey. We all begin with a belief in who we think we are. Then life challenges that identity, forcing us to confront and release what no longer fits. We rebuild, rediscover, and redefine ourselves through connection, courage, and curiosity. Over time, we learn that the greatest adventure isn’t out there in the stars—it’s within.

Like Buzz, we’re all learning to let go of old versions of ourselves, embrace growth, and trust that quiet, inner voice that always knows the way.

To infinity and beyond… and inward. 🚀💫

Trusting the Universe’s Timing vs. Playing an Active Role in Your Manifestations

Trusting the Universe’s Timing vs. Playing an Active Role in Your Manifestations
As I write this, I’m on my way to Pilates — a little frustrated, because I like to be 15 minutes early and I’m only going to be six minutes early today.

Why? Because I didn’t leave my house when I should have.

It’s not like I was doing nothing — I was finishing up things around the house, being “productive.” (Okay… I might’ve been slacking off a little before that.) But still, I left later than I intended.

Now that I’m on the road, I’m hitting every single red light. I’m stuck behind slow drivers. I’m waiting for someone to make a left-hand turn. And all of it is testing my patience.
In that moment, I reminded myself:

“I’ll get to Pilates at the exact time I’m meant to get there. The Universe knows what it’s doing.”
And while that’s true, it doesn’t change the fact that I am the one who left the house late.
That’s the dance we’re all trying to learn — the balance between trusting the Universe’s perfect timing and taking personal responsibility for our part in the process.

Yes, the Universe is magical in its synchronicities, divine timing, and perfect orchestration. But that doesn’t mean we get to sit back and wait for things to happen. Manifestation isn’t passive.
Your actions, your mindset, and your energy are what tell the Universe what you truly want.
Not just your affirmations.
Not just your vision board.
So ask yourself:

Are your affirmations, your vision boards, your thoughts, and your actions all in alignment with what you say you want?
Or are you telling the Universe one thing while acting as if you want something else?
Because if you’re asking for abundance but acting out of scarcity…

If you’re affirming love but closing yourself off emotionally…
If you’re visualizing success but procrastinating on the steps that would create it…
Then your energy is sending mixed messages.

Check your actions at the door.

Play an active role in your own manifestations.
And then — once you’ve done your part — trust the Universe’s timing.
Manifestation isn’t about forcing outcomes or creating something out of nothing. It’s about raising your vibration to match the frequency of what you desire.
Your vibration — the combination of your thoughts, your emotions, and your actions — is what the Universe listens to when it orchestrates your path.

So today, take responsibility for your energy. Move with intention.
And know that once you’re in alignment, the Universe will handle the timing.

Honoring the Divine Feminine: Shifting the Mindset Around the Monthly Cycle and Taming the Pain-Body

Honoring the Divine Feminine: Shifting the Mindset Around the Monthly Cycle and Taming the Pain-Body
This morning, a young woman I work with walked into the office and casually said she had “received the woman’s curse.”
It was meant as a lighthearted comment, but it struck me how easily we’ve inherited that language — that being a woman, and experiencing our natural cycle, could be seen as a curse.
I smiled and gently offered a new perspective:
“What if, instead of feeling cursed, you celebrated this as a sacred time — a reminder of your connection to the Divine Feminine?”
Her face softened.
And it reminded me of something Eckhart Tolle once said in The Power of Now:
“The pain-body in women tends to become activated particularly just prior to and during the menstrual flow… If you are able to stay present and alert at that time, every old emotion that arises in you will be transmuted into consciousness.”
That passage has always stayed with me — because it reframes the menstrual cycle not as something to dread, but as an opportunity for presence, purification, and power.

The Pain-Body and the Power of Presence

According to Tolle, the “pain-body” is the emotional residue of past pain that lives within us — a collection of old wounds, trauma, and suppressed emotions. For many women, this energy awakens cyclically, often around menstruation.
When we resist it — by labeling it as “bad,” “unfair,” or “a curse” — the pain-body grows stronger. But when we meet it with awareness and compassion, it begins to dissolve.
That’s where presence becomes medicine.
Instead of reacting, we breathe.
Instead of resenting, we listen.
Instead of numbing, we feel.
This is how we transmute pain into power. Each month offers an invitation to deepen our connection with our body, our emotions, and our inner wisdom.

Reclaiming the Sacred Feminine

Our cycles mirror the rhythm of nature itself — creation, release, renewal. The moon waxes and wanes; the tides rise and fall; the seasons bloom and rest. We, too, are cyclical beings.
The Divine Feminine invites us to honor that rhythm rather than resist it.
Menstruation isn’t a punishment — it’s a cleansing. A physical and energetic release of what’s no longer needed. A reminder that we are powerful creators capable of bringing life — not just biologically, but energetically and spiritually.
When we begin to see our cycles as sacred, our relationship with ourselves begins to heal.

From Curse to Ceremony

Imagine if every time your cycle began, you saw it as a time to slow down, journal, nurture your body, and reconnect with your intuition.
What if instead of saying, “I got my period,” you said,
“I’m entering my renewal phase,” or
“My body is asking for stillness,” or
“I’m shedding to make room for what’s next.”
This mindset shift transforms the experience from something we endure into something we honor.
Even a small act — like lighting a candle, wearing comfortable clothes, or placing a hand on your womb and saying “thank you” — can shift the energy from resistance to reverence.

Taming the Pain-Body Through Love and Awareness

Here’s how to begin working with your cycle as a spiritual practice:
  1. Be Present with Your Body.
Notice sensations without labeling them. Pain, fatigue, emotion — they are messengers, not enemies.
  2. Release Judgment.
Stop calling it a curse. Stop apologizing for it. Instead, speak words of gratitude for your body’s intelligence.
  3. Create Space.
Use this time to rest, reflect, and listen. The insights that come when we slow down are often the whispers of the soul.
  4. Transmute Emotion into Consciousness.
When irritability or sadness arises, breathe deeply and remind yourself: This is energy moving through me. I am safe to feel.
  5. Celebrate Your Divinity.
Whether through ritual, journaling, or self-care, use this phase as a reminder of your cyclical nature — and your power to renew.

The next time someone refers to their cycle as “the woman’s curse,” maybe you’ll smile and say —
“It’s not a curse. It’s a ceremony.”
A monthly return to your divine feminine essence.
A chance to tame the pain-body through love, awareness, and presence.
A sacred reminder that being a woman is — and always has been — a gift.

Countdown to 50: 76 Days Until the Big 5-0!

Countdown to 50: 76 Days Until the Big 5-0!
Fifty. The Big 5-0. Holy Smokes! I can hardly believe I’m writing this—but here I am, staring down this monumental milestone with excitement, a little nostalgia, and a whole lot of anticipation for what’s ahead.
In 76 days, I’ll be stepping into my 50s—a new decade, a fresh chapter, the second half of my life. And rather than seeing it as something to dread, I’m choosing to see it as a doorway. A threshold. A moment where I can look back at everything I’ve experienced, learned, and accomplished—and then boldly declare that the best is yet to come.

Looking Back with Gratitude

As I reflect on the first 50 years of my life, I can’t help but feel a deep sense of gratitude. Life hasn’t been perfect—far from it—but it’s been rich, colorful, messy, beautiful, and deeply meaningful.
I’ve loved, I’ve lost, I’ve grown, I’ve struggled, I’ve laughed until my sides hurt, and I’ve cried tears that reminded me just how much I care. I’ve reinvented myself more times than I can count, and each time, I’ve discovered more strength, more wisdom, and more resilience than I thought possible.
Every scar tells a story. Every triumph reminds me of my power. Every mistake shaped the person I’ve become.
And now, standing here at the edge of this new decade, I see it all with softer eyes. Not judgment. Not regret. Just appreciation for the journey.

The Best Is Yet to Come

Here’s the thing: I know in my bones that turning 50 isn’t an ending—it’s a beginning. It’s the start of the most powerful, purposeful, joy-filled chapter of my life.
There’s a freedom that comes with reaching this age. A freedom from worrying so much about what people think. A freedom to live life on my own terms. A freedom to put myself first, unapologetically, and to chase after the dreams that are still burning inside me.
The best is not behind me—it’s ahead of me.

76 Days of Preparation

That’s where this countdown comes in. I’ve got 76 days to prepare—not just for a party or a birthday candle blowout, but for a full mind-body-soul reset.
I want to step into my 50s with my physical, mental, spiritual, and financial health stronger than ever. That means:
  • Physical: Moving my body in ways that bring me energy and joy. Nourishing myself with food that feels good. Prioritizing rest and recovery so I feel vibrant when the big day arrives.
  • Mental: Reflecting on my journey so far, setting fresh goals, and nurturing my curiosity. I want my mind sharp, resilient, and open to new adventures.
  • Spiritual: Deepening my connection to my inner self, my values, and the divine. Cultivating gratitude and presence as I step into this new era.
  • Financial: Getting grounded, intentional, and abundant in how I manage my resources—because security and freedom go hand in hand.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about intention. About stepping into my 50s with a strong foundation and a clear vision of the kind of woman I’m becoming.

A Celebration of Life

So yes, I’ll be celebrating BIG when the day arrives. But more than balloons and cake, this milestone is about celebrating life itself. It’s about honoring the path that brought me here and stepping boldly into the one that lies ahead.
Fifty is not something to fear—it’s something to embrace with open arms and a full heart.
76 days to go. Let’s do this.
