What Is Aphantasia?
Aphantasia is a condition characterized by an inability to voluntarily visualize mental images. Individuals with aphantasia do not create pictures in their minds when they try to imagine a scene, person, or object. This can affect how they recall memories, daydream, or even engage with creative tasks that involve visualization.
People with aphantasia often have difficulty manifesting due to the traditional emphasis on visualization techniques in manifestation practices.
